about MDI
REPORTING DIVERSITY NETWORK

MDI works closely with members of a Reporting Diversity Network (RDN) that it launched in 1998. The RDN brings together like-minded NGOs and media outlets throughout the regions where MDI works. It is an invaluable source of 'grassroots' information for MDI, helping to ensure that activities remain properly focused and relevant, and identifying new areas of concern. RDN members collaborate closely with MDI on implementing projects in their countries, and often use MDI expertise and materials to develop and implement their own local projects.
