Narratives That Divide: Minority Representation and the Infosphere

MindiShield and PODCast are hosting a one-day event for young media professionals, religious and ethnic leaders, educational institutions, social organisations, media experts and policymakers to explore the intersection of minority representation, media and disinformation.

Participants will explore how minority-related narratives are manipulated and exploited in disinformation campaigns and how media literacy, education, research, and policy can contribute to more informed and resilient societies.

The event will introduce practical tools, resources and insights, relevant to each group, that have been developed by the projects.
