Altéo is an organization that seeks to empower the ill or handicapped people. Their objectives are to better integrate in society, defend the interests and the rights of handicapped an ill people, and to mutually help each other locally through transportation aid etc. They achieve this through voluntary work, by ill and handicapped people, to mobilize their energies to produce end results. Altéo currently regroups more than 10,000 members and is the biggest entity in Wallonie and Brussels.
