The Council of Europe in the framework of a joint action of its Directorate of Communication and the Speak out against discrimination Campaign, will host the 4th edition of the International Symposium on Journalism and Information entitled this year « Noise or News? ». In the framework of its activities, the Campaign, in partnership with the European Youth Press, proposes to invite 15 to 20 journalists to cover, under an intercultural and fight against discrimination approach, this new edition aiming at mixing more than 900 journalists, media professionals… during 3 days.
A preparatory workshop will be held 15 November 2010; participants are asked to arrive 14/11 and to leave 19/11.
