Media Diversity Institute is looking to hire an Independent Evaluator to conduct a qualitative and quantitative review of the impact of all aspects of the media development project: Rebuilding Post-Revolution Egyptian Media: Embracing Free Expression, Diversity and Inclusiveness (2011-2013).
This assignment is to be undertaken on site in Egypt between August 7th – September 21st 2013.
The assignment involves travelling outside Cairo to conduct the evaluation.
Fluent Arabic and English is a requirement.
Experience of evaluating donor-funded projects is essential, ideally in a media development context. Understanding of the context of diversity in Egyptian society is essential.
