Race for Opportunity runs its annual awards programme which recognises exceptional progress within organisations working towards race equality, diversity and inclusion. From 2006 RfO Awards have been celebrating outstanding practice in equality and diversity work, with a particular focus on race.
RfO works under the auspices of Business in the Community organization, which was set up in 1982 and now has over 800 members. BITC is one of the largest and one of the oldest national business-led coalitions dedicated to corporate responsibility.
