The European Journalism Centre (EJC) and the Facebook Journalism Project (FJP) are launching an emergency support fund to support local news organisations across Europe.
This emergency core funding is intended to support community engagement, address critical business needs, and facilitate coverage of the pandemic. Applications for the first wave of grants will open on Thursday 16 April 2020, and three types of grants are available, with amounts ranging between €5,000 and €50,000.
