Intercultural exchange opportunity for Asian journalists Print

Senior journalists in Asian countries with significant Muslim populations -- such as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand -- can apply for a dialogue, travel and exchange fellowship to the U.S.

The 2010 Senior Journalists Seminar, under the theme "Bridging Gaps Between the United States and the Muslim World," is open to senior writers, reporters, editors, columnists and producers, with a minimum 10 years of experience. Fellows will engage their peers on issues in the relationships between participating Asian countries and the United States, especially since 9/11.
