The handbook aims to help (Macedonian) CSOs working with people with disabilities address some of the challenges they face on a daily basis: the lack of quality reporting on people with disabilities; perceptions of people with disabilities often burdened with negative stereotypes and prejudices; and the lack of practical guidance on how to address those challenges.
The handbook is part of a two-year project “Disability: a matter of perception’’, jointly implemented by Media Diversity Institute, Macedonian Institute for Media (MIM) and the National Council of Disability Organizations of Macedonia (NSIOM), funded by the European Union.
