The College of Europe offers a large number of scholarships to university graduates coming from European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) countries for post-graduate studies at the College of Europe in Belgium and Poland during the academic year 2015-2016.
These scholarships cover academic expenses, accommodation, meals and travel costs. The countries concerned are: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine.
Candidates are first requested to visit the website of the College and check the necessary information under ‘Postgraduate Programmes’ and ‘Admission’: admission requirements and language requirements. Candidates have then to register, and apply online, attaching all the required documents.
The deadline for ENP countries applications is the 31st of January 2015.
Some scholarships for the year 2015/16 are available also for graduates coming from EU member states. Candidates applying for an ENP-EU scholarship must motivate this within their online application (max 600 words). They have to explain why he or she is interested in the European Neighbourhood Policy.
The ENP-EU scholarships will be awarded (one to two per Member State) according to the ranking of the candidates following the normal selection procedure and the interest they will have demonstrated for the European Neighbourhood Policy.
Beneficiaries of these ENP-EU scholarships will have to write their Master’s thesis on a topic related to the European Neighbourhood Policy. They will also have to follow a course or seminar dealing with the European Neighbourhood Policy as part of their respective study programmes in Bruges.
